Quick crit- water isn't blue. It's transparent, so colors are affected by the water, but they aren't tinted blue. See ref here: [link]
[link] The blueness you see with water only tints things blue if they are deep down underwater below, and it only looks that way from above. The stuff in the water (or light wavelengths, I don't want to think that hard right now) make it blue with a lot of "layers of water" away from you, water is transparent up close.
If they are immersed in another blue liquid, it WOULD affect the colors, but not as strongly as you have it here. Closest ref I could find. ;n; [link]
The colors would be slightly blue but they wouldn't fade into the blue liquid like you have so strongly here. They would stand out even more.
